Customer service lacking, 1/09/2013

I decided to call the dish about service after reading one of their brochures. They sounded very good except for the contract part. I reluctlntly agreed to get the dish. Ten minutes later I... decided it wasn't for me. I had already payed the 49.95 and the 76.67 to get set up. They told me I had to wait three to five business days to get the refund. I patiently waited. Seven days later, I still do not have my refund. They claimed it had to do with my bank. I called my bank and they said that if the dish had refunded my money, it would be there. The bank does not hold refunds. I called the dish again to complain. They again told me it would take three to five business days. I am out of patience with these people. If you want to get service for your TV, don't go with the dish. You'll be sorry you even considered them.
