I have the high mid package, 7/14/2011

Dish offers up 3 or 4 different packages, starting out with the very basic, moving up to the mid and high mid packages, and then finally, of course, their "gold" package or whatever term you'd like... to use for getting every channel under the sun. Right now, I have the high mid package, with no premium channels.

prompt esp. when fixing is needed, 6/29/2011

We've had Dish for a little over a year. We originally got the service due to the NFL Sunday Ticket. Although our experience has been a good one, I have to say that it is upsetting that they still... have the monopoly over the NFL games. With that said, we had good customer service at set-up, the technicians they sent out were very nice. At first, we had trouble with one of our boxes but they were very prompt to come out and fix it. Anytime we have had questions or something did not make sense, I have called and they have been very polite to me, including giving credits.

Satisfied

Satisfied customers do not feel the need to vent. I have been with dish for years. Rarely lose signal due to weather. Overall very happy with dish.

my baby loves watching

The Baby TV I have heard from my neighbor. It really is a nice channel to add from Dish Network. My baby loves watching it and it is very educational.
