Distinctive Destinations is a full-service travel agency owned by Kathy and Jim Moroney. Personnel at Distinctive Destinations have been selling travel to the public since 1990. We are based in Sacramento, California. We are well-traveled and have been to all seven continents.

We are registered with the California Attorney General and have a California Sellers of Travel number. We participate in the California Travel Restitution Fund. We have all the appropriate business licenses and insurance.

We focus on international leisure travel, and are specialists in Africa, East Africa (Kenya and Tanzania), South Africa, the People's Republic of China, Ireland, the Caribbean, and many other destinations. We also sell adventure travel and small ship cruises.
