I've always defined "value" as the combination of price, quality, prompt delivery of product AND standing behind your service or product, which means having the integrity to "own" your mistakes. I found the work Keeley did for my mother to be of very high value. Most importantly to me, was his letting me know when he encountered a problem, which caused a delay in the installation. He took responsibility for a suppliers error instead of placing blame on someone else. Sadly, too few people have such integrity. I highly recommend Do It Right Kitchen & Bath.

Redoing a kitichen in a older house has many drawbracks.(leveling floors patching plaster walls etc.) Keely and his wife were very helpful and patient during the whole process. They worked to my schedule which was often delay after delay but when the project was ready for cabnits they were on time and ready for installation. Their installer was the best I have seen and a real pleasure to work with. He did extras to make sure the installatin was right. The entire process of picking out cabinets, harware, counter tops and installation was first class all the way.

I was in the market for new countertops for my home and contacted Mr. Miller about replacing my existing tops. I didn't really know alot about the different materials available I just knew I didn't like the ones that were standard in my home when I purchased it. Keeley came out to my home, measured my existing tops and brought samples for me to choose from. I had no clue there were so many different options. He took the time to assess my needs and pointed me in the right direction as to what would be appropriate for my home. I now have beautiful Staron countertops that aren't alot of trouble to maintain. I can not say enough about his work. He and his crew were both a dream to work with, I will be using him again when it comes time to redo my bathroom counters.

I worked with Keeley on a remodel I was doing in a kitchen when my previous supplier fell though. He was completely professional and made sure I met my deadline with my customer. Look forward to using him on future projects.

I recently contacted Do It Right Kitchen & Bath about some bookcases I needed built in my family room. Keeley came out the same day I contacted him and gave me a quote while he was still in my home. I had contacted other companies in the past only to never receive a quote from them. The bookcases are beautiful and are the perfect addition to our home.

Mr. Miller did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. We were skeptical of doing the remodel so close to the holidays and expressed our concerns to Keeley. Not only did he complete the job in a timely manner, but our normal day to day routine was barely disrupted. The cabinets and countertops we received are top notch and the envy of my friends. My kitchen is sparkling and ready for the holiday season. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Going in to my remodel I had no clue what I wanted, I just knew I wanted something different. Keeley took the time to help me pick the most versatile cabinet and countertop for my needs as well as what was best for my budget. Now I have a gorgeous new kitchen just in time for the holidays. Keeley never pressured me or made promises he didn't keep. My job was done in a timely manner without upsetting our day to day routine too bad. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone.

When I began looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen I ran across many people who talked a good game, but never came thru on what they promised. I had several who made appointments and never showed up. One who showed up and measured and never gave me a quote. With the economy being the way it is I figured they needed the work! When I called Keeley, he scheduled and actually showed up. Keeley took the time to present what he had to offer and even provided me with a cad drawing of what my kitchen would look like when it was done. The tear out and re install went smooth considering what all was involved. I was never concerned once I saw how great Ricky ,the installer was. He even made great suggestions on different ways he could do things on the install such as using the bead board for toe kick to match the sides of the cabinets. Ricky was very thorough and even cleaned up before he left. I'll be calling Do It Right again soon!
