My wife and I were shocked to find that Doc Chey's had closed their doors in this location. Very sad since the food was really good.

Not good, 4/03/2007

I thought it was lousy. My friends brought my wife and I there and they love it. My wife is Chinese and I know what good asian food tastes like. I found this to be over-sweetened americanized crap.... My wife does not want to go back either, needless to say. I'm sure it is great for Americans who don't know better.

Best Little Noodle House in Vinings Area

I was so excited when Doc Chey's opened a location in Vinings. I had previously frequented the VA Highlands location, but this one is much closer to work and home. this has become a favorite Friday lunch spot. Service is always great and the food is excellent. The atmosphere is nice, too, and there is always good music playing. They have a nice patio of which part is covered.

I love this place.

Yummy salads. Very good Thai. If you are a bit tired of your usual Chinese place, give Doc Chey's a try because it is fast interesting and authentic.

Good casual dining

We have been Doc Chey's Sandy Springs location. We have already tried several curry and noodle dishes. They were all good. If you are looking for fast, healthy and casual dining, I recommend Doc Chey's.

Noodle Bowls

Doc Chey’s is known for their many assortments of noodle bowls. They’re very good but if you’re not used to that kind of food, it can be very confusing and sometimes a leap of faith. Their restaurants are clean and they have a faithful following.

Been there twice this week and it's only Tuesday!

I am so glad I don't have to trek to Virginia Highland for Red Curry, Basil Rolls or Marco Polo! I love everything about this place and it's a definite addition to Vinings.

Good food...much better than Mama Fu's

Your kids may like Mama Fu's better; actually mine does, but for a sophisticated interpretation of casual Asian, this place is great. The salads are awesome. They go a bit heavy on the onion for me on the stir fry dishes. The prices are quite decent, in the $6-7 range. A great place for lunch or dinner.

Merchant Review

I always loved going to the Doc Chey's in the Highlands and was excited to see one open up in my area. The food is good and I've never had bad service. Great place to hang out and catch up. Can't wait till the weather gets warm so we can sit outside on the patio!

Good addition to the neighborhood

Smynings is coming around! I'm glad the area is finally getting note worthy options. Although my opinion of the food is 'just ok'...the atmosphere is great. And its nice to have a local hang out.

Great food

We used to visit Doc Chey's on the East side of town and have missed it ever since we moved to the Smyrna Area. When we found out it was opening up nearby, we were excited. The food was as good as we remembered it to be.

Gald came to vinings

Glad don't have to travel all the way to the VA Highlands to get this yummy food. Service sometimes slow but nice people.
