I went to replace my child's glasses after she lost them. They had her prescription on file since she had been there 6 months earlier, so we just needed new lens made and a replacement frame. The staff who work there seem bored and a little put out that they have to help people when they walk in. The prices were not great. They were running a buy one/ get one free special so I ordered two pairs for her since it was the same price, but it still ended up costing me over $200 and would have preferred that they just have a more reasonable price on the frames to begin with. When I came to pick up the glasses, one of the lens had a huge crack in it. The employee explained that it was because the glass had been cut "too large" for the frame and the pressure from the frame caused the lens to crack. They fixed it, but it involved another trip for me. Altogether, not a great place to shop for eyewear.

The appointment process is tedious and because I was misfit for contacts, I ended up having to go back 9 times! The contact misfit resulted in visits where I needed prescriptions to clear up infections. I gave them a chance to make it right and all that did was lead to more appointments, where I was given no priority (even thoguh the reason I was there was because their doctor made a mistake). Moreover, their prices are terrible (apparently, none of the promotional signs were valid for my needs). One box of my contacts were going to be 79.99 at their store and I was able to order them online for 52.49 (free shipping). Finally, only 25% of the staff is competent. The store manager, Jennifer, told me over the phone to come up to the store for contacts to wear while I was waiting for mine to arrive in the mail and when I got to the store 1 hour later, they did not have them in stock. So my 10th visit was my last and shame on me for giving them an opportunity to right a wrong that they made worse.
