They can't even get the basics right. I needed bifocals in the same day and was told that was possible, that I could pick them up until 9 pm, and they would call as soon as my glasses were ready. I was also told that they would include an insurance form for me to submit to my office. That's what I was told, this is what they delivered. I never received a call. Instead, I called in after my meeting at 7:30 pm and was told the doctor leaves at 8 pm and so, no, although the glasses were ready, I could not pick them up at 9. I needed to be at the store by 8 pm. I hauled tail from Decatur to Smyrna, as I'm pulling into the lot, it's 7:57, I was told the doctor left already. In fact, he left around 7:35 and, no, she didn't tell him a customer was coming. I raised enough Cain to get my glasses, only to find out they made Progressive lenses -- not bifocals -- as if I needed to spend two weeks during the busiest time of my work life having words swoon on the page. Also not an insurance form to be found. So, to summarize, it was clear, the staff will say anything to make the sale. Insurance, don't worry about it. Same day bifocals, we've got that. Sure, you can pick them up until we close at 9 pm. Anything to make the sale. The truth, Visionworks couldn't and didn't deliver on any of its promises. Avoid like the plague. Only miles of frustration and wasted money lie ahead.

The customer service here is the worst, specifically the tech that checked my eyes before seeing the doctor, she was rude and disrespectful, she actually laughed at my while I was talking to the doctor about a problem with my lenses. I was their weeks earlier for the same complaint of blurriness in one of my contacts and I recall her being very rude and nasty to an elderly woman. I told the woman that I understand and that usually I got my contacts from Walmart and the service was much better, and the people working their were professional and polite, it's hard to believe that Walmart has better service! Wow!

Tricked into going here for a $99 eye exam and contacts deal. It's been a year, I've ended up paying more money to upgrade the lenses as a result of the $99 dollar "deal" lenses being horrible quality, I've been through three different doctors (each one aloofly proclaiming to be better than the last) and they still haven't gotten my prescription right. Now they are refusing to give me a refund for two boxes of completely incorrect lenses. This place might seem like it will save you some money, but take note of these warnings: - Contacts that come with "deal" are horrible quality and you will most likely end up paying more money to upgrade* (unless you happen to have very tough eyes.) *You really may as well save yourself some time and trouble by buying better quality in the first place. - Deplorable lack of professionalism and customer service. - You may just end up getting stuck with the wrong product regardless of what you do.
