A few set backs include the busy office and wait time, which will be anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour after your scheduled time. Minimal communication about wait times and availability is provided. Records and discharge instructions are not relayed to the doctor, and you are expected to communicate on your own behalf. Also, due to their busy schedules, the RN's appear burned out and rushed. I often feel my updates with the RN are not relayed to the doctor, and I will have to repeat my concerns and questions.
