MEAN lady
The lady that seems to run the place, Dawn I believe is her name, is SO mean. Would never take my dog back. Every time we would pick our dog up she would make up additional charges - DISHONEST.

In this customer's case, she was informed up front what the charge would be and chose to take her dog somewhere else. If a charge is going to be more than I quoted at check in, I always call to let the customer know. I don't understand at all how that could be dishonesty on my part. And as for the mean part, well anyone who lets a dog get in a dirty and matted condition repeatedly is not up for a canine best friend of the year award. There are no miracles in grooming, if you have a dog in a fluffy coat: brush it several times weekly, have it groomed professionally at least weekly or shave it down. If you choose to own a high maintenance dog, then you should have the kindness to make sure the dog is comfortable. Please remember that dirt and mats are UNCOMFORTABLE for your dog. Infections can develop on the skin under the mats, flea infestations hide there and the mats pull at your dogs skin 24/7.
