the fact that i can walk in and the team at Doguroo instantly know who my dog (Whiskey) isis awesome!!!
they are friendlykind and very much there for the four legged family member!!!

it is not easy to leave Whiskey for a long period of time but i feel much better doing so when she is at Doguroo.
and the daily play dates are wonderful!!!

I took my pit/husky mix puppy Blue there last month for a cleaning since he goes to Petwell next door (the vet). From the moment we walked through the door the staff was very friendly and very playful with Blue. You can tell that everyone there loves animals. Blue walked to the back like he had been there 100 times, he didn't even say bye :-( When he was finished, he was so happy, I really love this place and would recommend it to everyone. I only went to Doguroo because if you google them, every review on every website is 5 stars. I'm going to start taking him there for doggie daycare.

I feel comfrotable leaving my baby here because I can tell he is so excited to go there. I am very hesitant on who watches my boy but Doguroo seems to love him just as much as I do. Plus, I can watch him all day from their cameras.

We adopted a 3 year old lab mix in February of '09 and initially visited Doguroo for grooming. Our dog was so nice and fluffy and seemed happy to be thereeven if it was only for a bath! After that wonderful experience, we had a trial daycare visit and now our dog is a regular at Doguroo. I love how even though we aren't there every day or every week, they still see Vida coming in the door and greet her by namesomething that I would not have expected since they see so many dogs each day. There hours are fantastic and they even have daycare on Sundays which came in handy when we had a day long trip to Knoxville.

We haven't boarded her yet, but feel that it would be an easy adjustment since she is already familiar because of daycare.

I really love watching her on the wagcam when she is there for daycare. She always looks like she is having a great time.

On top of daycare and grooming, we also buy her food and special treats there. We haven't used the vet yet, but have heard great things about him. It is so nice to have the one-stop-shop for all of our dog's needs. I can't really think of anything that they could improve uponit is so convenient. It would be great if they could offer drop off service to my house on days that I can't make it by closing!

We started using WAG-A-LOT Midtown about 7 or 8 months ago. We have 3 dogs and couldn't be happier. We really searched around town to be sure we were taking out kids to the best place available. We didn't realize there was so much variance between these places. We were blown away when we first arrived and that initial impression has held up. The staff are always friendly and know our dogs on site. They are honest with us when we ask how they did, they give REAL answers, not just, "oh they did great!" We've used all the services and now have their certified trainer working with one of our guys and that has made a big difference already. I'm glad we waited to give our review as we have been coming for a while now so it is not just the "newness" thing. We were referred here by a friend who was referred by another person. That is our favorite way to find great businesses. We HIGHLY recommend this business!
