Domingos Tree Care

After many fruitless calls to other companies, I received a prompt response from Domingo, who arrived for his free estimate on time, and took the time to explain everything my yard would need very carefully. I did get another estimate which was less, and he agreed to meet it.

We scheduled the work, and the crew showed up right on time, worked hard all day and got everything done promptly, including clean-up. Everyone was very friendly and nice, and the work was excellent. Highly recommend.

Good experience w/ Domingo and crew. Needed a tree removed quickly from our back yard when we discovered its roots creeping into the foundation of our detached garage, and renovation of the garage couldn't continue until the tree had been taken care of. Domingo gave me an estimate and came out the following day to do the work. Big tree gone within a matter of hours. Good, efficient work and fair price. I Definitely would recommend Domingo's tree care hes the right man for the job.

We had a dispute over a tree removalI wanted the stump grinding completed before I made final payment. He immediately began cursing me and calling me a woman (no) and that he was a man (?). He would NOT even let me get a word in. I hung up. He has called several several times at 5 AM, left threats..a lot of bad language, really weird. Check out YELP, several similar reports. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!...

The estimator "Domingo" promised that our pool would be covered during tree removal, it wasn't, and that he would be there during the job, he wasn't.

The crew was supposed to show up Saturday so I could be there, but called and stated that they had an opening Friday afternoon and would prefer to remove the tree then. My wife stated that no one would be there when they would start, but if they covered the pool as promised when they start, I would be home about two thirty or three to check on them.

When I arrived home, the pool was filled with sawdust and chain saw 2 stroke oil; it was a complete disaster. I rushed over and shut down the pump and asked where "Domingo" was, to which one of the workers replied "No esta, aqui".

I spent over two hours trying to fish out the debris and ended having to call out the pool guy to check on the pool and see if it was safe to restart the filter. The filter is so full of sawdust that I am going to have to have it taken apart and cleaned, another expense. The plaster is stained at the end of the pool where most of the debris and oil was.

Thanks "Domingo" for not doing what you said that you were going to do.

As information, I withheld a small portion of the payment and wrote a note to "Domingo" instructing him to call me about the pool. I have never heard from them regarding this issue.

Be warned, the estimator will tell you anything.
