Donald F Brown DDS

I really like Dr. Brown and his staff. They make you comfortable and provide great service. I wanted to comment on someone who complained that the staff hung up when she called the office and then asked for them to hold. I work in health care too and it is incredibly rude for someone to call a business and then ask them to hold. You are calling them, asking for their services. If you don't have time to talk to them, call back later. I would have hung up on you too!

I called to schedule an appointment today and was very disappointed with the customer service that I received. The start of the conversation was going well but she wasn't really listening to me. I asked her to hold briefly while I said three words to a coworker (i didn't press the hold button; so she heard me talking) and she said that she was busy and to call back when I had everything straighten out. Mind you, I was talking to soemone else and din't hear this thus to me she hung up. To me this is poor customer service because I excused myself and asked her to hold thus I didn't hear her say this until I called back. when I called back she sounded as if was perturbed.I would not want this company no where near my teeth. She is representing a doctors office and as a potential patient she should have taken the tiem to speak with me.

When I moved to Atlanta at the age of 15, I had just had my wisdom teeth removed. I saw Dr. Brown as he was the partner of my Grandparents Dentist, and Dr. Brown was available to see me. Because I was a child, my Mother made the decision after seeing a Periodontist about who the dentist would be for the family. While that dentist was terrific, he retired so I had to find a dentist. I was going to someone else for a while, but his prices, even with insurance were astronomical. I asked my cousin who she saw and she gave me Dr. Browns name. I kept thinking it was familiar. I took myself to see Dr. Brown for some major work that was needed. After talking for a few minutes, and asking a few questions, low and behold, he is the same Dr. Brown I saw at the age of 15 (26 years ago). I have been back with Dr. Brown for about 18 months and love him!!!! I dread the day he decides to retire. His daughter is also great and is in with him (Dr. Corbett).

You will not go wrong with Dr. Brown!!!! I am not a good dental patient at all as I have a terrible fear, but he is very calming and makes what it a very difficult thing for me, much easier to deal with. He has a very calm and caring demeanor.

They are so wonderful, Dr. Brown really likes was he does and his staff is great too. After my first visit 3 weeks ago I've found my new goto guyDr. Brown

I love this dental office, Dr. Brown and Dr. Corbett and Fran are wonderful,wonderful people who really love what they do everyday. I just so happen to find Dr. Brown name on the internet by mistake. I have alot of dental work that needs to be done and bascially no other dentist wanted to really deal with me because there wasn't alot of money to made by working on my mouth. I finally getting my smile back really soon,and if it wasn't for their kindness and not laughing behind my back instead Dr. Corbett and Dr. Brown came up with a plan to give me my smile back.
They are my guardian angels and I know this for sureSend all of your friends and you won't regret it
