Great Doctor, 9/03/2009

I have been seeing Dr. Haley for many years, as well as my family. She is a very caring doctor and I would never want to change. Her office staff are friendly and very eager to help. I highly... reccomend her as a doctor if anyone is looking for a doctor who really cares for her patients & their families.

Nice Staff & Doctor, 9/01/2009

I just started seeing Dr. Haley, my insurance was changed so I had to find a new doctor. I really liked the staff and Dr. Haley was very helpful and nice. I was sick and they were able to fit me in... the next day. I was happy with my visit and I will continue my care at this office.

Find Another Doc That Really Cares

I have seen this dr on 4 occasions and was just told that my pain med would not be refilled. I came in specifically for bilateral knee pain and told the PA that due to my wt I was not a candidate for knee surgery. I brought all documentation showing that I had meniscal tears. Now Dr Haley has me on wt loss medicine and refuses to refill a med that was only filled once back in May (shows I'm not abusing it). The assistant that returned my call a week later explained this and when I complained said that this might not be the office for me. It would have been nice if this had been mentioned at the start. I work for an Orthopaedic Surgeon and knew what I was requesting when I made the initial visit. I have had to wait for an hr to see her and she walks in and barely spends two mins with me. I had an eye complaint and when she walked in she said I was fine-not once looking at my eye. Go somewhere else that is caring and has a good staff to assist you. Any place is better than this practice.

No. Just - no.

I found Dr. Haley more interested in hawking her products than in treating me. After a long wait in the waiting room, I was left in a room in the office for about forty-five minutes. This usually isn't a big deal, but it was cold and I'd been told to undress and get under a paper gown. I'd picked to see Dr. Haley because of the specified dermatological offerings - I've been dealing with adult acne for far too long, and wanted it gone. When she finally came in, she tried to first sell me on some kind of dieting nutrition supplement ('that helped her lose 10 pounds!'). Then she flat-out told me that she'd prescribe antibiotics, but that she wouldn't bother with any of the accutane-variety products, as they were 'too much trouble to deal with'. She then went on to say that what could really help me out were some laser treatments (150$ a pop - course of 15 I think was offered) and expensive (100$ a bottle) facial cleansing stuff that she just happened to conveniently offer at her new esthetician spa next door. I was prodded into taking a tour of the place, and just - no. I live in Canton, not Beverly Hills. I cannot afford that stuff, and feel sorry for anyone who gets freaked out and pays for it. She then referred me to two specialists she thought I should see regarding related issues. Neither specialist was on my insurance, and both issues seemed to come out of nowhere. I've since switched doctors.
