Poor Service, Poor Quality & Unprofessional
damage to front exterior wood door, failed to paint edges of garage door panels, over painted basement door to where is does not close properly, patched surfaces not sanded before painting and areas painted but not sanded or primed first. the subcontractors damaged a senor light fixture, broke several spot lights, damaged the locking mechanism on one French door, failed to seal and calk areas on the back of the house and greenhouse, failed to sand and paint the wrought iron rail, failed to replace the kick plate and door handle on the front door, painted areas needing carpentry repairs rather than waiting for the repairs to be completed, failed to clean spilled paint and wood patch from outside brick, left exterior unpainted, left paint on metal doors which was painted in error, left one exterior light fixture hanging from the electrical wires and another with a broken flood light still screwed in place, only applied one single coat of paint and failed to take reasonable care
