Service was good. The food was decent at most. We got the fajita nachos and it was just a regular plate of nachos with the ground beef changed for meat. Fajita nachos should be the same as a regular fajita plate with the only substitute being nacho chips instead of tortillas. The flavor was subpar at best.

Seemed like the floor and table tops were ,,,kinda sticky, might have been the varnish coming off after years of use,,the cold atmosphere and food were not that good,,wasnt impressed with the band,,the pus,,or push, that was there at one time,,the drummer had the head tossing action and not so talented playing qualities,, a rip off for sure for the money

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing you tonight to share with you the experience my family and I had at your restaurant this evening. First of all when we arrived and were seated our table had caked on cheese all over the table and the table was wet. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she took a dry napkin and made a half *ssed attempt to dried cheese off the table. Secondly, our cheese sauce was barely warm and clumpy and the chips were greasy. Thirdly, when my husband and my drinks came, the glasses were filthy and greasy. I actually wiped the glass my napkin and you could actually see dirt all over the napkin. I saw a smear of something brown and wiped it off with my finger. I was horrified! The waitress did get us new glasses ( to go cups) to be on the safe side. Fourthly, It was kids night and the waitress we had told us that our kids could split nachos and get the discount or we would have ordered from the kids menu. The discount was not given. Lastly, I had bought a Mill Creek Hawks Card and had a coupon for free cheese dip. The coupon was not taken off. I ordered that Jalapeņo ribeye dish, my husband ordered the Ranchero steak dish, my two girls ordered an order of fajita steak nachos to share, and four drinks, and the cheese dip. Our total came to $ 51.00 before the tip. Tell me how that is if we had a coupon for the nachos and it was kids night. The reason I am writing you tonight is for two reasons, #1 I am concerned of cleanliness.

Dos Copas is an office favorite of ours. I work in the Dentists office across the street and we only have one hour for lunch. The entire staff (7) can go in and be seated, order, eat, and pay, and still get back to the office with plenty of time. We all have Vacation Club Cards so we get a free lunch after 6-7 visits. We LOVE Dos Copas!

This is not what I would consider an authentic Mexican restaurant, but the food is consistently good and the service is not bad, depending on the size of the crowd. They are a local establishment in the best sense of the word. Try the molcajete. Tons of really good food.

I have been with this restaurant through good times and bad. They has always delivered wonderful food at good prices! Now they are modernized, and cleaner. They have put in a kiddie korner so I, and others, can eat in peace. I highly reccommend their texas margaritas!

I have been a customer of Dos Copas for many many years and I have been a great fan of the food & the service. But it has been in need of some serious TLC as far as cleanliness & some other aspects. My understanding from my visit last night is that is has been bought out by a new owner & new management is now employeed. They have added TVs, the bathrooms are very high-end, repainted everything, and overall cleaned A LOT!! It was a very much nicer atmosphere, very clean and bright. I am very glad to see these changes! It looks awesome and still has the same great food ;)

I've been goin in this place for years, and in the last couple of months, there seems to have been a lack of concern about the appearance of the place. The food has always been awesome, but the restaurant itself looks old and run down. That is until just recently. Apparently, there is some change in the wind. New paint, bathrooms redone, new TVs, and a new team of managers that really seems to care about the customers. I understand it is still owned by the same people, so I have to ask, "What's goin' on here?" Why the changes, more so, why did it take so long?

I have been eating at this restaurant for several years now and have never been disappointed in the food. Service is great and staff are very friendly. I have only been a few times this year, however, and I hope that the quality of their food and the cleanliness of the restaurant is not going downhill, because this is a place I have always enjoyed.
