I met with Alcisto at Douglas VW and asked him to see a cc We went for a test drive and he answered all my questions with no problems. He told me the great things but what I liked most is that he didnt hide the bad things about it also (which I knew already) Alcisto was great, he knew the product and was not into presure tactics at all If I know anyone interested in a VW im going to send them to Al....

Great experience with Jeremy. For the first half an hour we didn't even talk about cars. Didn't even know what I wanted or needed until Jeremy helped me get into a new Golf. Highly recommend to a friend or family.

Just bought a brand new 2011 silver Tiguan SE 4Motion from Douglas Volkswagen. My wife loves the "Tiggy". First time buying a new vehicle over the web, was quite an experience. The first round with the local dealers, I'm from Brooklyn, was disappointing as not one of them responded properly, you know with a real $$$ quote. All we got was a bunch of "Come on down so we can seperate you from your cash" emails and phone calls. Almost gave up at that point.
Then we found Zag and tried again with the online quotes, of which Douglas was one of three respondents. We decided to take a chance on a Saturday afternoon and wound up travelling from Brooklyn out to Summit, NJ to look around. What a great place! Nick Malanga was a class act all the way. He put up with my insistence to not only test drive the dealer's Tiguan, Nick also took the vehcile that we were going to buy off the showroom floor so we could test drive that one too! And then we decided not to purchase the vehicle then and there!! Imagine that. But Nick was a gentleman, and even offered to hold the Tig until Monday AM for us. Well, we thought it over and called Nick back at 9PM that night and purchased out Tiguan from Nick over the phone.
Douglas VW now has another lifetime customer.
