I've been coming here for like a year now. The service is very good and I have noticed that they don't try to rip you off and offer competitive prices when i shopped around other Car care locations. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you when you arrive and do not do any work unless you approve it. They are very easy to reach and explain things very well. They have gone out of their way to drop me off at home when leaving my car there as well as picking me up(I live about 1 mile from the shop). Now that is customer service. I would recommend this place for any of your car needs.

This place is great. A friend recommended them and I am glad I went. I thought I needed brakes but these guys said all that was needed was adjusting. They were very honest and actually showed me what was going on. Another place would have recommended new brakes just to get my money!

I previously called this location to get an "estimate" on having a catalysis converter put on my car. The original one was already taken off. (I already had pricing and knew around where the price should be.) I am supplying my own brand new catalysis, exhaust, & O2 sensor - the only reason why I was looking for a shop was because I need the exhaust and catalysis weld together. I spoke to Travis & informed him of so - he said $47.50 & they would put it on. So I bring the car in 09/11/13. SUDDENLY the price is over $140.- (labor)& additional labor charge of 2.5 for putting the O2 sensor sensor on - bringing the total to $162.50. I go to have an emission test 9/13/13 & told there's an issue w/ my O2 sensor. (Same code same issue, this is why I purchased a new one) This morning 9/14/13 I bring my car back to Meineke in Douglasville. A woman at the desk tells me "ooh your the female we got in trouble because of - cause we didn't charge you for the exhaust pieces, so we had to eat those charges." Whatever! THEN one of their "techs" tell me they will do a diagnosis but it cost $92.- or $95.- an hour. I said why would I pay that when you put it on. He looks at me like I am crazy, & repeats himself. I took my key and said "No I will take it some where else." I would NEVER tell anyone to go to this location. Rip off! And I will also be informing the BBB
