I had a great experience working with downs safe and lock. Very knowledgeable, accommodating to my schedule and fair prices. Scotty, the locksmith did a fantastic job walking me through my options to add security to my new huse. I highly recommend them.

Downs came today to rekey the locks to my house. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule, quick, curteous and professional. Serviceman David Morris even fixed a loose coathook near my door without my even asking. I would recommend Downs to any friend or neighbor.

Polite and Professional. Pleasant on the phone, no delay in calculating the estimate for rekeying my home. Fair price. Accommodated my request for a specific time of day to arrive for the job.

David arrived early, was very professional and did a great job of changing the deadbolts, and creating new keys. The service was prompt as promised, efficient and professional.
