We found the Downwind a couple months ago and have visited at least once a week since then. The atmosphere is fun, the food is delicious and we're always treated well there. If you visit, be sure to sit on the deck which has a spectacular view of the area, as well as the planes taking off. The prices are reasonable, too. Friday is Jazz night and we had an awesome time listening to the band while enjoying a beautiful evening on the patio. We can't wait to visit again!

This has been a favorite place of mine for years. Perched above the flight line near the air traffic control tower, you have a birds eye view of the airport (fun to watch student pilots practice landing on 20R, or business jets on 20L). The food is excellent - they are known for their burgers, but I love everything I've tried there. They have quite a few Greek items on their menu. There's a bar inside, and an enclosed deck for good viewing year-round. You'll see a mix of pilots/airport personnel along with locals and businesspeople. It's a great place to go for an interesting experience and good food. I highly recommend it!

The food is pretty standard, sandwiches with chips but you can't beat the fact that you can sit outside and watch the planes take off while enjoying your food and a cold beer on a nice afternoon. Perfect happy hour spot.
