Dr. Bolen received her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Kentucky and completed a one year residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is a current member of the ADA, GDA, and Christian Dental Society. She is certified in Invisalign, Cerinate Lumineers and Imtec Implants.
