I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Bolen. I was really skeptical about finding a new dentist since moving from Chicago. A friend recommended Dr. Bolen and my experience has been phenomenal! The facility was very well decorated and clean and everyone in the office made me feel comfortable. I would surely recommend her to someone looking for a Great dentist!!!

My experience at Dr. Bolen's office was very pleasant. Her employees were very nice and professional and Dr. Bolen was very knowledgable. She took the time to explain what I needed snd what would happen durin the procedures. I am very happy with the service I received and will keep her as my dentist.
i started going to dr. bolen when i moved to atlanta 4 years ago and i must say she is the best dentist i have gone to. she is super gentle, but thorough. plus, she always takes the time to ask how things are going and even better, she is genuinely interested! it's a pleasure to go to the dentist and be greeted by such a caring staff as well. they all seem to remember something i told them on my previous visit and ask me about it, whether it's about my husband or our dogs. i can't imagine going to another dentist after having received such personalized attention from dr. bolen and her staff. it's a place where you can truly feel cared for as a person and not just as a patient.
Finally found the dentist of my choice. Dr Bolen office is professional and gave me the exact advice I needed. This was the first place that I visited that didn't make me do a deep cleaning on the first visit. She was also the dentist to work on my mouth and handle my gum issue. The staff was great and even helped my find a different way to get to the office because of traffic. Kudos to her and her staff, Thank you for being my family dentist.
Dr. Bolan and Office Manager are probably the worst of the worst! Dr. Bolan has absolutely no respect, nor any regard for her patients and especially her staff members. Her turn over is extremely high and the office is highly unorganized and most importantly filthy! Please DO NOT COME HERE! Dr. Bolan also has a bad case of dandruff and it has fallen on me! It's baffling why she refuses to address her dandruff & disgusting, unethical habits. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Stay Away!

For the first time, I love my dentist and the staff. The moment you walk into the office you feel a sense of serenity. The receptionist Christina has a beautiful personality and engaging. The assistant, Sherri has a cool, calm demeanor which is soothing for a patient having a procedure and nervous. Dr. Bolen is top notch, smart, well informed, patient and gentle. The staff truly compliments one another. Due to working in the medical field my expectations are high, from the waiting room, front office to the back; I am truly impressed with Dr. Bolen's office. I needed a lot of work; Dr. Bolen sat down with me and came up with a treatment plan. The only issue is that I could not afford the treatment, in the past I had gotten to the point where I needed root canals because I waited too long for treatment. As I left the exam room upset, Christina told me that the most important thing is to get treatment and that they will work with me on a payment plan, she lifted my spirits. The day after each visit I received a call from Sherri ensuring that all is well with me; I felt special, not just another patient. My 9 year old son is also a patient of Dr. Bolen's, one day after his cleaning he said to me "I love going to the dentist, kids in school hate it, it's probably because they don't see Dr. Bolen".

I had gone to Dr. Bolen for three years. In this time, I can tell you that she knew exactly what she was doing. However, her staff did not. While overly friendly, they constantly were asking other staff members for advice/help. This wasn't as great a concern for me (they may have been new) as was that fact that Dr. Bolen yelled at the staff in front of me! VERY unprofessional! After two incidents of the yelling, I finally decided to go somewhere else. In addition, even though I have insurance, it seemed like I still paid $150-$200 out of pocket when I went to the office. My new dentist leaves me with no more than $40 in payments. I don't know if it's the way they file or the extra work they do, but the cost was not good for a budget conscious family. In addition, the office is in a high rise. I hated the non-family office feeling I had every time I would go there. Just not for me.

I have been w Dr. Bolen for 4 yrs. Recently, she covered my tetracycline stained teeth with 2 porcelain crowns,2 porcelain veneers and whitened the other teeth. She included me in the treatment plan, rates were fair and was open & honest through every step of the treatment plan. It is a work in progress and I now have a beautiful smile.

I have been going to Dr.Bolen for a little over 4 years. About a year ago, she said she had concerns about some fillings I had. I had no pain and was not concerned so I put it off. 3 months later I was having a root canal because of one of the fillings she had warned me about had let some yucky things in. I will listen from now on. Very happy. Great dentist.

I began going to Dr. Bolen in 2008 and must say, she and her staff are absolutely fantastic. I have had nothing but top notch service on each of my visits. I find her to be very thorough and cares about her patients. I have recommended her to several family members and they also think highly of her and her staff. I previously went to another dentist for 20 years and I honestly feel very lucky to have found Dr. Bolen. S. Carter

I went to Dr. Bolen for 1 year (two cleanings). She recommended that multiple fillings be replaced and, in fact, said this was urgently needed to be done. I went to another dentist for a checkup recently and said that all my fillings looked great. This dentist was more experienced and I will stick with them. Dr. Bolen's bedside manner is the worst I have ever been around for anyone in any health related field. (I am in the health field) Hygienist didn't seem to know what they were doing and actually asked me twice if they had cleaned a certain quadrant of my teeth! I guess they actually forgot what they had done during the cleaning. They have also actually canceled on me twice, once for each cleaning appointment. One was rescheduled for two months later and during that rescheduled appt, Dr. Bolen scolded me for not seeing a dentist every 6 months! It was their fault for canceling on me and not having any openings for two months. Seriously, that happened. Only positive is that their prices were lower than my new dentist, but I guess you get what you pay for.
