Dr. Tiffany L. Bolen, D.M.D, PC

I have been w Dr. Bolen for 4 yrs. Recently, she covered my tetracycline stained teeth with 2 porcelain crowns,2 porcelain veneers and whitened the other teeth. She included me in the treatment plan, rates were fair and was open & honest through every step of the treatment plan. It is a work in progress and I now have a beautiful smile.

She is what the name says "with gentle hands" I have never had a dental experience to go like this one with Dr. Tiffany Bolen :) Great Location in the heart of downtown Decatur with a friendly and knowledgable staff----- go see for yourself!...

I have been going to Dr.Bolen for a little over 4 years. About a year ago, she said she had concerns about some fillings I had. I had no pain and was not concerned so I put it off. 3 months later I was having a root canal because of one of the fillings she had warned me about had let some yucky things in. I will listen from now on. Very happy. Great dentist.

I began going to Dr. Bolen in 2008 and must say, she and her staff are absolutely fantastic. I have had nothing but top notch service on each of my visits. I find her to be very thorough and cares about her patients. I have recommended her to several family members and they also think highly of her and her staff. I previously went to another dentist for 20 years and I honestly feel very lucky to have found Dr. Bolen.

I went to Dr. Bolen for 1 year (two cleanings). She recommended that multiple fillings be replaced and, in fact, said this was urgently needed to be done. I went to another dentist for a checkup recently and said that all my fillings looked great. This dentist was more experienced and I will stick with them.

Dr. Bolen's bedside manner is the worst I have ever been around for anyone in any health related field. (I am in the health field) Hygienist didn't seem to know what they were doing and actually asked me twice if they had cleaned a certain quadrant of my teeth! I guess they actually forgot what they had done during the cleaning.

They have also actually canceled on me twice, once for each cleaning appointment. One was rescheduled for two months later and during that rescheduled appt, Dr. Bolen scolded me for not seeing a dentist every 6 months! It was their fault for canceling on me and not having any openings for two months. Seriously, that happened.

Only positive is that their prices were lower than my new dentist, but I guess you get what you pay for.
