I received no response to my letter and they admitted it was received when I canceled my appt. "I am writing to you in regards to my hygienist appointment with Trisha Fluent. As pleased as I was with my 1st appointment and hopeful that I had found a hygienist that would provide good gentle care for my special needs dental issues, I am, unfortunately, at the other end of the spectrum, displeased and provided with very poor treatment at my 2nd visit. At my 1st visit, Trisha painted the roots of my front teeth. When I arrived for my 2nd visit I advised Trisha that what ever she painted my teeth with really helped these teeth because they can be sensitive. She did not check her notes to determine what or how she treated the teeth on my 1st visit or decided if a little is good a lot more would be enormously better because it is noted in my records that I had a burning reaction to ACT oral wash she ran a swab all over my teeth containing fluoride. I also advised that I have not had a fluoride treatment in years because it dries out my mouth. She swabs my entire mouth with fluoride. What a painful mess my mouth has been! My mouth was absolutely scalded! The roof and the bottom of my mouth developed ulcers." Additonally, there was a big problem with scheduling the appointment. Dentist obviously doesn't care and his staff is cavalier and unprofessional.

Office has very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Office is convenient and has good decor inside the waiting room. Technology they use is modern and up to date. They don't push any products or services on you that you dont need. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the front office staff and their knowledge on how to handle my insurance companies mistakeHad some Crown work done and I must say I came out of there feeling GREAT!!! Thank you for the positive experiance....

Excellent , modern, very high end practice with great employees. I enjoyed the front desk and hygienistthey were kind and thoughtful. I had a lot of questions and they answered honestly and very clearly....
