Awesome Shop, 6/27/2011

Nicest crew around. I look forward to seeing them every year for Inspections/Oil Changes. Phil is extremely thorough .

Best repair shop I have ever used!, 6/22/2011

I have been going to Dream Bike Works in West Chester since they opened. The staff has always been professional, courteous and knowledgable. Their work is most definitely superior as well as prompt... and their prices always fair. I would recommend Dream Bike Works to all my family members and friends.

Can't help but feel ripped off

I had some carb issues with my Yamaha last summer so I called Dream and the woman on the phone said it would be no problem. Unfortunately when I showed up with my bike, the crew seemed less than enthusiastic. They kept my bike for the entire summer (July-Sept) and finally after calling about a million times, they FINALLY told me i was good to go. When I went to pick the bike up, the dude told me that I need to ride it with the choke on, which is exactly the issue I wanted fixed. He told me that he was having trouble finding jets for the old bikes. Really? I barely got the bike home, riding with the choke on means the bike stalls at every stop light/ sign. I got home, ordered new jets from ebay and fixed the damn bike myself. Dream charged me $200 for a new battery and ""carb adjustment"", which did nothing, and they had my bike for pretty much the whole summer. I can't help but feel ripped off. I really just wish they had told when I called originally that they don't work on Yamahas or 2 strokes or whatever, so I could have found somewhere that does.

Happy Customer

The crew at Dream Bikeworks, Inc treated me as a person! They were friendly, outgoing, and informative. I had major electrical work done on my bike. Phil, the owner not only fixed the problem but gave me a great deal. His price was $1000. less than the Harley's major dealership we all have had to deal with. I recommend this place to anyone with a bike. And I didn't have to wait a season to get my bike back. Quick turn around.
