Very Pleased
This company takes a bad situation and makes it as easy and smooth as possible. Losing a pet is not easy and they are very helpful.

Exceptional
Their process was such a nice surprise. Not at all "cold" and impersonal. Very comforting environment. Entire process was so unique and the personnel were very caring and made us feel like they had been just where we were and completely understood our emotions.

They made an error in our pet's certificate of passing and were very ugly about fixing it. Very hurtful.
