We had Drexler put in glass for a modern-looking frameless steam shower in a 1929 home where no wall is straight. The wall tile had waves and variations up to an inch, and the glass needed to fit tight so we didn't lose all our steam. But we didn't want chunky old-fashioned looking seals. Drexler understood what we were after - where they had to use seals, they offered ones that were much more clean and minimal in appearance than any other place we talked to. But the creative thing was on the center seam: there is NO seal - instead the glass is cut on a 45-degree angle with a tiny silicone bead between the faces. This gives an ultra-clean look that I've never seen anyone else do. They are perfectionists, and so am I, so I'm happy!

We just remodeled two bathrooms and had Drexler install glass and doors in each. We had an issue with the trim package after one was installed and the Drexler team redid the work without any hesitation. The shower doors are beautiful and fit perfectly. We highly recommend their services.

Crew was very professional and courteous, on time with a call beforehand. The price was affordable, and made very good recommendations to make the shower door look great with a new marble tile shower. They were able to give a rough estimate over the phone with the dimensions I gave, once the crew arrived to take measurements of enclosure the cost was slightly higher (my measurements were off by a couple of inches). On the day of the install the door was installed quickly and looks great. I am a DIY'er and all of the work that I did was made to look better by the great work that Drexler did. If you are thinking of installing a new shower door, I would suggest getting a quote from Drexler first. They were within my price range. I also contacted several other companies, and although they were not the cheapest of all(a difference of $10), they were the most professional.

We got a quote from them as to how long it would take to install our shower doors. We were told 7 to 10 days. It took them almost a MONTH to install our shower doors. The final invoice ended up being a lot higher, too. We expect projects to take longer and cost more, but what really irritated us was their total disregard for our time during the project, their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to apologize for any inconvenience they caused us. We will never use them again.

It's unfortunate when we can't live up to a contractor's expectations. Our installation estimate of 7-10 days is just that, an estimate. In this case, the complicated shower enclosure required several trips to the job site to make a correct template in order to give the homeowner the best fit. The contractor asked for a discount because of the delay, which we refused to give. Our final bill was exactly what had been quoted. We have apologized both verbally and in writing for the additional time it took to make this shower enclosure perfect. In the end, it's very important to us for the final installation to be as perfect as we can make it, as it was in this case.
They replaced the glass in my shower enclosure with privacy glass, utilizing the existing frame. Others wanted 3x the cost Drexler charged, and claimed the frame couldn't be reused. It's perfect. When the job was over, I asked for a quote on replacing some bathroom window glass with privacy glass. Mr. Drexler told me they thought there were less expensive options for me and referred me to a competitor (even though they could have done the job). These guys are fantastic.

I wanted two very large mirrors installed in our master bathroom and decided to obtain a third estimate. I contacted Drexler Shower Door Company and was greeted by Meg who was knowledgeable and friendly. The service reps who are also the installers came out the next day and measured the area carefully. My walls were not plumb to the door frames surrounding the mirrored area so the owner came out the next day to re-measure. I was set on beveled edges on the mirrors but was advised against it due to the irregularities in the wall dimensions so I had unbeveled mirrors installed which look fantastic and do not draw attention to the irregular dimensions of the wall! None of the other companies pointed out the uneven or not plumb measurements which would have been exaggerated had I chosen to have beveled mirrors. The install was professionally and quickly done. My husband and I are thrilled!

My husband contacted Drexler to remove the 1980s mirror panels in our dining room. We had looked at a couple of other people to complete the job but each time we were concerned that the mirror would crack or damage the wall. We finally decided on Drexler due to their stellar reputation here on Kudzu. They were up-front with their pricing and flexible with their scheduling. Richard and Al had all three mirror panels and the tracking down and out of our house in less than 20 minutes. They were very professional and very attentive. The mirror survived and was not damaged, so our neighbor took it for his house. Great work and great service! We are now considering using Drexler when it comes time to remodel our master bathroom.

Drexler helped our master bath addition turn out great. The shower enclosure they designed and installed turned out beautiful. The company was very professional and a pleasure for us to work with. We have hired many contractors in Atlanta in the process of fixing up two older homes and we can say for certain that Drexler is one of the best companies that we've hired.

Drexler was very responsive to my need for replacing my shower doors in a short time frame. They actually completed the new glass almost a week early. Excellent quality, helpful staff. I would definitely use them again.

David Drexler measured for a shower and double vanity mirror; gave me a quote; and performed the job well within the project time estimated. Very reasonable price for excellent craftsmanship and professionalism on the consultation and installation. They were definitely a bright spot among contractors on our home renovation.
