Professional AND Likeable
From the initial phone call to actually installing our DVD system, DeShawn was the man! Not only was he super nice, he was super knowledgeable too! Quite the perfectionist! We will use him again!

Fantastic
DeShawn uninstalled an old Alpine alarm system in my BMW and was able to reused all components with my new Viper alarm/remote start system except the radar field. Everything worked great. Then one of my remotes stopped working. I bought a new radar field component and he came back out to install it, fix my remote and adjust the impact sensorat no charge. Great workhighly recommended!

Great experience
After about an hour of looking at all the cables in my truck, I decided to call in a pro. I spoke with Phillip and he quickly put together a system for me including some of the pieces I already had. A few days later Jacob showed up at my office and installed it all for me. Install looks great and the sound is amazing. On top of that, the total came in under my budget. I would definitely use Drops again.

Not a plant !
First of all I want to make it clear that this is a real review and not one of those fake comments companies plant. I took a gamble on these guys and if your experience is half as good as mine you will be completely satisfied with their honesty, price, service and professionalism. Not a whole lot I can say other then "Great Job DROPs" and I'll be back. KB, Snellville.
