Having a sudden Water damage is never easy, but Dry Force made it as pleasant as possible. I woke up in the middle of the night to it raining in my home from a Toilet Back Up. They were out within 30 minutes to help, and everyone was great from the awesome people in the office, to the technicians, and lastly the reconstruction crew. I have very high standards, and they exceeded all of them. Although it seemed like it would never be done, my house looks better than ever and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dry Force!

Very pleased with the work done by Dry Force, LLC (Grand Prairie, TX). They were prompt to respond, very professional, checked every day how the drying process was working, coordinated with the insurance company. Once the floor and walls were dry, they provided very detailed complete estimate of work needed to replace the damage. Did a prompt complete reconstruction job. Finished on time. Why I say this? Their project manager coordinated with the several subcontractors required to promptly complete the entire job. Keep in mind some companies do floors, other companies do plaster, other do the walls or painting. You need someone, a project manager, to coordinate all this. All their subs did a great job. Will highly recommend.

Waking to an inch of water in the bathroom was horrible. Finding that it had spread to the carpet in three rooms was worse. Dry Force came to the rescue and left our home better than before. If I ever have that problem again WILL call Dry Force. Thanks guys! You saved our home!

My experience with Chief Operating Officer Matt Sands of Dry Force LLC has been very positive. This guy cares enough not only to respond to concerns, but he also goes the extra step. This is rare. And while I can't speak to other people's issues, my recommendation is that you contact Mr. Sands if you're running into problems and before you post your complaints. I hope you will be as delighted as I was.

I am so disgusted how this is going. First, I can't seem to get timely updates. Then my Project Mgr leaves the company and NO ONE calls to advise me. I find out from the contractors and I have to call and find out if this is true. Missed a day of work over this! New Project Mgr has failed. Not familiar with the scope of work (he's had a few days to review and I spoke with him myself). Materials not ordered, contractors not scheduled and no idea what is next. Please get it together! You are working in someones home and everyone's time is valuable. Really, who needs to have a Project Mgr - I'm the one managing this project and making calls. Credit me that money and put it towards my work. They've already painted our bathroom and demo is not even complete! I need ORDER!!

The hot water tank at my house leaked and flooded the house. Dry force representatives got the contact from the plumber we called and was at my place even before the plumber. They did a good job on drying the place.Based on their effective service, I gave them the reconstruction work. It is more than 2 weeks after drying and there has been hardly any progress. They subcontract to someone, who further subcontracts and the final crew that turns up to do the work is not clear about the scope.

I am sorry that we fell short of you expectations! I wish I knew about your problem before you posted this review. Had DryForce handle the water cleanup of a leak in my home, the water cleanup was great and the technicians were 1st class. Then the construction folks showed up to provide me with an estimate, they took care of my insurance deductable and also had me sign a work authorization. Once I received the estimate I decided to modified the services that I would require. At this point there was a misunderstanding which led to a 10% cancelation fee being assesed since I was not having all the work done through Dry Force, which I felt was unwarrented due to the circumstances. While the representative for Dry Forced could not waive this fee the General Manager, Matt Sands, contacted me soon afterwards and after a positive back and forth between Mr. Sands and myself the issue was resolved. I feel that Mr. Sands went above and beyond in insuring that there was a fair and honest resolution. I have a strong feeling that Mr. Sands cares about the reputation of his company and the need to communicate in an open and honest way with his customers. I was impressed and would recommend Dry Force without hesitation.

I will say the technicians were very nice and helpful, and the work they performed was outstanding. I had a misunderstanding with the billing for Dry Force, I was contacted by Matt Sands and it was resolved immediately. I appreciated the quick response from the technicians, as well at Matt resolving my issue quickley

I wanted to let you know how grateful we were for our Dry Force technician, Dave. He remained calm, and did such a great job. I can't imagine how he could have done any better. Dave worked very hard and spent long hours making sure everything was cleaned up and taken care of. I can't express enough how happy I am with his work. Just wanted to let you know.
