Nothing is more aggravating than to find out the leak is still there and know I paid more than I needed to. Seems trust worthy but was threatening and rude when I had issues. I could go on and on why... I wouldn't recommend them.... Bottom line I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I hired Dry Plus to replace the worn out three-tab shingles on my house. As part of the project, Dry Plus was roofing an addition we had just finished framing. There was plenty of exposed roof... sheathing that would have been exposed to the rain that was forecast for later in the day the roofing work was scheduled to start. Instead of delaying the roofing to another day, Dry Plus showed up with a crew of NINE workers for my 1500 square foot house. They stripped off the two layers of old shingles, replaced about 120 linear feet of damaged wood boards, felted and shingled the whole house - All in about six or seven hours. The weather forecast was calling for possible rain later in the day the work was set to start. I'm really happy with the roof and with the level of service provided by Dry Plus.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I was so nervous going into this process, and yet everything went smoothly! Supervisor Clayton Ausmus was amazing. He communicated perfectly throughout the process, and when you see the supervisor cleaning up the gravel at the very end of the job to make sure everything was cleaned up properly, you know you have a great company. The work crew showed up at sunrise and worked until sunset. I never had to wonder where they were...they showed up on time, put tarps over everything to avoid a big mess, and cleaned up at the end of each day...exactly like I was told would happen. Dry Plus Roofing is a terrific company, and I am so grateful I chose them to do the work.

Right from the start at the estimate you could tell that Dry Plus Roofing was best contractor to work with. Their estimator Dell did a thorough inspection of my roof, listened to my concerns, and immediately wrote up a detailed and fairly priced estimate. Dealing with Don & Chris on the repair was easy and I would not hesitate to call Dry Plus Roofing for any roofing maintenance in the future.

My tile roof was leaking in many places. They came out and did a very thorough inspection and estimate for the work to be done. The crew that did the work was top-notch and worked very long days. They got it all done before two big storms rolled in and put it to the test! It came through beautifully. Highly recommended.

On 4/7/09 I signed a contract with the words: Tile Repair 1)Relace ... 2)Replace ... 3)Relace ... Note: Replacement tiles may have some color variation from existing. No warranty with above scope of work. Cosmetic only. I thought the lack of a warranty was for the tile color. On 2/16/11, 22 months later, we had strong winds, and one of the corner tiles was blown off. After DPR pulled my paperwork, I was told by an office girl the words "no warranty" pertained to "above scope of work" and therefore the work was done without a warranty. Certainly I thought the warranty exclusion was for the color of the tiles - not the work. I've called Kevin, who promptly returned my call - except I missed it. I've called twice since missing his call, and have not yet recieved another call back.

I called them after the storm in October, I had a leak due to a broken skylight and hale damage to the roof. They were able to temporarally patch the skylight the next day. My roof & skylight have now been replaced. They did a great job. They took extra care making sure the yard was clean and the gates locked for my dogs. I would highly recommend them!

After meeting with Dry Plus to replace my hail damaged roof, I was excited to see my home get a new one. The date was set and the guys showed up on time. They were sensitive to my new winter lawn and my new baby's sleep schedule and tried not to come too early to give us all a little rest. We had a little drama with an errant nail but Dry Plus took care of it and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome of the problem and the quality of the install. We were. I would recommend them again!

I had an emergency on my hands after our hail storm in October with leaking ceiling into family room. Dry Plus responded quickly to my phone call for help and got my new roof on in record time. Whole crew was efficient, polite, on time and cleaned up after the job so you hardly knew they were here. They also acted as translator for me with the insurance company, as I don't speak insurance.

I scheduled an appointment with them to come out on a Saturday two weeks in advance. They called us 3 days prior to my appointment and said they had to cancel because they had other jobs. We explained the situation that we both work and that it's very hard for us to get the time off which was the reason for the Saturday appointment. We were then told that she would check to see if anyone was available and that we would receive a call right back and got nothing. Two days later I called and was told that they still can't get a hold of anyone and that they had emergency work and that unless I have a leak now, they can't make it on Saturday. I told her that we wanted them to come over so that we could prevent a leak, and that I'll even compromise and try to get the day off sometime during a weekday of the following week. I was told that they were booked out for another 2 weeks and that they wouldn't be able to come out before then. I guess I'll have to go with someone else. Thanks for holding me up for two weeks.

We apologize for the inconvenience we caused by having to reschedule this appointment for an estimate. The hail storm on October 5th created extensive roof damage and leaking to many homes in the valley. In an effort to help those who had interior leaking we felt it necessary to reschedule this appointment because it was for an inspection on a roof that had no leakage or damage. Please know that we do our utmost to accommodate the scheduling needs of all our customers. Regina Keith Owner + Operator
