D’Sapone restoration comprises of ‘Artists’, having truly appreciable capacity of restoring tile & grout, polishing glass & stone with ardor, chemistry and interesting technologies. Moreover, it includes exquisitely formulated products from pFOkUS.
Very disappointed in their work. Was charged almost $900 for the "Healthy Floor Process". THe tiles look the same as before they came. Spots & stains are still there. The grout was painted and fixed. That job was acceptable. They want another $800+ to come back & 'polish' the tiles. Not taking another chance.
Cost $1,000 - $2,999

I hired this company after being told they could polish my floors and countertops. In the end they did not have the capability to polish the stone and only repaired the grout. This information was provided to me only after they completed work for which they are charging an outrageous amount. I was mislead by the company to hire them to do work other than what I really wanted done.

Kevin asked me to meet him at 12:30 in the middle of the day, so I stayed out of work to meet him. I asked him to call me because I wanted to eat lunch if I could. At 12:45 he hadn't called so I thought he was running late. I went to the corner and got a sandwich and came right back. I still hadn'y heard anything so I phoned the business and Cathy explained he had come and gone already. She also told me it was an inconvenience for Kevin to come to measure my shower. I live in the same town. Really? No caller ID on my phone saying he was on his way. OK so we missed each other. Next thing I know Kevin tells me to find another shower co. cause he feels there tension between us. What a flake. No call. Cathy tells me I'm an inconvenience and Kevin wusses out. Maybe this is good. My neighbor used D'sapone or what ever they call themselves and they only used silicone on the bottom glass no metal brackets? I want a safe and pretty shower.

I had Atlanta Tile and Grout Care come out last Saturday to have my shower cleaned and resealed. I had them do the "works" which included the 2 part color sealing process and came with a 5 year warranty. I worked with Kathy on the phone and via email to get pictures to them for an estimate. I saved up all the money and got scheduled. They called the night before and called on the way and showed up on time. The work performed was top notch and my shower looks and feels BRAND NEW! They even came back the next day to do some final touchups to make it look even better. The Valore and pFokus cleaners do a great job of maintaining that new look. Highly recommend ATL Tile & Grout care!

I had my two bathrooms and kitchen re-grouted. Also, they converted my old shower into a slick frameless shower. Yes, its expensive. But everytime I look at my "new" bathroom, it gets more and more worth it. The tiles looks like new. The shower is awesome. It really adds value and is much cheaper than actually remodeling a bathroom. I had no problems getting the cleaner they sell. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I actually like it. Keeps water off my glass and makes the tiles look good. We'll see how everything holds up over the next couple of years, but for now, I would say it was worth it. They also have GREAT customer service and were able to finish the job in less time than expected. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and gave me lots of options in terms of color and shower design.

I'm not sure how I feel about this company. They are extremely nice, very accommodating and did a wonderful job on my steam shower.I was told that I had to use their cleaner or the warranty would be void. I bought the cleaner and used it exclusively for 18 months and my mold is coming back. I was told it would cost $500 to re-treat the shower and that there must be some shifting of the tile that is causing the mold to come back. The warranty stated on the website is misleading, they only warranty tile installation. I'm disappointed that the beautiful results did not last. I thought the purpose of having them acid wash and seal the shower was to achieve a result that would last longer than 18 months. Don't all houses shift and settle?

After 3 other companies wanted to replace the whole shower, Atlanta Grout and Tile Care repaired our shower pan and saved us thousands of dollars. Very professional company to do business with.

Paid $1400 to have a shower grouted then could not get them to provide a warranty. Was finally told after three months I had to buy their cleaner but they would not sell it to me. So I have no cleaner and no warranty...poor customer service no follow through and no warranty which they advertise.

I have been living with a broken Mexican tile floor for nearly 9 years. I had other tile and floor contractors come and give estimates, and they all said it wasn't installed correctly and needed to be completely replaced for $3-4,000. When I was ready to sell the house, I thought I would have to finally invest the money to replace it. Then I saw the ad for Atlanta Tile & Grout and called them. Within one week they had provided an estimate and completed the project. They replaced the broken pieces and cleaned, painted the grout and coated the floor for $813. It looks brand new. Thanks to Steve and Kathy and James who were quick and professional. My only regret is not calling them 9 years ago!

We hired Atlanta Grout and Tile Care about 1 year ago and they told us there would be no more mold in our shower and they were right. We hired two other companies who put caulk in our shower, which mildewed within 4 months.

We used Atlanta Grout and Tile Care believing they would do a good job. The very young man who cleaned the floor seemed to work hard, but the floor just didn't look much cleaner. I called the office and asked that the salesperson please come look at the floor to tell me why there didn't seem to be much of a difference. I still have not heard back from the office after four phone calls and several months. This company cost more than its competitors, and I thought they'd do as good, well hopefully better, a job as others. I am highly disappointed with the product and the absolute lack of concern about our satisfaction.

Last week I had an opportunity to use Atlanta Tile and Grout for my second time, and my experience was as great this time, as it was the first time I used them a year ago! Kathy was wonderful when it came to working around my busy schedule to fit me in, Steve was accurate in his explanation and diagnosis of my problems, and Mic was superb and diligent when he came out to perform the service. Mic spent 8 hours at my house making my two tile bathroom showers and floors come back to life! This family owned business treats you like one of their own, and they take the time to explain the process, and perform the work without any shortcuts. I was so impressed, that I sent them over to my neighbor's house the same day for an estimate on their shower. Don't hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed.

My whole experience from scheduling to work was wonderful. James did a fantastic job - the grout work was great (my floor looks brand new!) and clean up was immaculate. Definitely would recommend!
