My family and I have been going to Luann for 8 years for hair appointments. She is so talented at what she does, and how she handles herself. Her performance is absolutely amazing and grand. I always brag that I have ""The Best"" hairstylist on the planet. Every time that I step out of her salon, and out from under her hands, I instantly feel as though I have changed or somehow blossomed into a model/actress. It is an instant boost to my self-esteem, and to happiness. I absolutely love getting my hair done by Luann. Luann's salon is always so relaxing too. I always feel so at home while she cuts, colors, or waxes my eye brows. I just recently got my hair done for my senior prom by Luann, and she had done such a fantastic job at matching what exactly I wanted. My hair was so beautiful, and she also knew exactly how to keep my curls in all night. She gave me a perm, and my hair held up all night through the dancing, and rain. I know that I have said this a lot, but she truly is amazing at what she does. Ask any one of her clients about her, and of-course they will tell you that she is the best!

I've been having my hair cut and colored by owner Luann for 3 years and she always does an excellent job. Very reasonable price point ,and flexible in that she does what she can to switch an appt if need be. While your hair is processing, you can get a pedicure or manicure from a great technician,even if not always arranged in advance. Very down to earth salon and very comfortable.

Recently a friend and I went there for a girl's day at the salon with a pedicure and hair cut. Lisa did an awesome job on both my pedicure and hair cut. She was honest, respectful, and very experienced. I felt very comfortable with her. She did a wonderful job on my cut. She understood what I wanted and make sure I was comfortable with the results. She is one of the best stylists I have used in ColumbusOn the other hand, my friend had a terrible experience. Her pedicure was only okay. The girl seemed a little under experienced. The owner LuAnn cut and highlighted her hair. While she did good work, the experience was awful. First, her area was disgustingly dirty. She tried to use the same tools from client to client without disinfecting. She had not swept in what looked like a day. Everything was covered with hair and grime. Then the whole time she was nothing but negative and unprofessional. She would just complain about everything in her life and in the salon. She was blatantly rude to the other staff members in front of my friend and would then complain about them to my friend. Needless to say, my friend left without even letting her style the hair post-cut. She would have left sooner if she didn't have to wait for me.Needless to say, make sure to get an appointment with LISA. She is amazing! DO NOT get an appointment with the owner Luann.

I've been a client at this salon for close to 10 years. Luann, the owner does my hair.I've been to a lot of the big, overpriced salons, such as Kenneths and Charles Penzone, but have never gotten the quality of service that I receive here.My hair is thick and challenging to cut,. Luann helped me find a style that suits my well, and provides a consistently good cut.I usually dye my hair at home, but recently treated myself to a professional job from Luann. Several people have stopped me to ask who does my hair, and I always point them to Dublin Hair and Nails.

I used this salon for the past couple of years for cut & color and an occasional waxing. I'd give it a hit or miss review.I originally went to the owner, Luann, and had a pleasant experience the first visit or two. However, she is far too busy and/or distracted for my tastes. She has multiple clients going at once - one lady with her hair in foils, another waiting impatiently and me in her chair while she's simultaneously cutting my hair and gabbing on the phone with her vendors or others. She does an okay job but it's not worth it. Needless to say, I no longer use her.The other stylists seem to do a good job and I used one of them for another 12-15 months. The back room staff are pretty friendly and seem to do a good job from what I've experienced and observed.
