Prompt and courteous. Good equipment and now I have clean ducts! The way they clean is much better than other companies.

I have recently had my ducts cleaned and it has been a bad experience. When the crew began work my air conditioner worked, when they were done it did not. I checked my furnace to see what happened. I found that not all of it was cleaned. I called,left a message with an answering service was called back by a manger in Alabama. I was told that the crew report stated that the system was working when they left. No solution was offered just what the report said. I was not given a copy of the report. I would not recommend Duct Doctor to anyone.

These guys are true professionals in every sense. They called ahead to say they would be 15 minutes late, and they still showed up nearly at the original time. Hector and Ricky made me feel like they were working in their own homes. Very clean, courteous and professional. They did everything that was agreed to when I made my appointment and more. They even fixed some shoddy (original) duct work and showed me ways to improve the heating in my home. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Hard to find great service like this anymore.

Although they are a tad pricey, it was worth every penny. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and covered their shoes in my home. My vents/ducts are clean and I'm very pleased. They said it would be 5 years before I needed another cleaning, so I'd definitely use them again.

When I needed the ducts cleaned in our 45 year old house, I contacted our HVAC installation contractor who referred me to Duct Doctors. We live in a 45 year old house that has never had the duct system cleaned. I contacted Duct Doctors on a Monday and on Wednesday the technicians came out to do the work. The Duct Doctors technicians arrived promptly at the specified time, and fully explained the process to me and began work. They were very courteous and worked diligently in completing the job. They cleaned up the work areas and moved what few pieces of furniture back into place for me. The technicians had to turn off my heating system to begin their work, and of course the temperature went down quickly. They came and did the work on the coldest day of 2009 thus far. Within 5 minutes after they turned my system back on, my house quickly heated back up to my normal setting. My husband and I both have mild allergies, and are looking forward to living in a home with a clean HVAC duct system. I believe we also will save on our energy costs because the system will not have to work as hard to keep our house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I would whole-heartedly recomment Duct Doctors to anyone, either residential or commercial, if they need their ducts cleaned the best way possible for what I believe was a good price.
