Thorough and Professional
Recently used Due Diligence for a home inspection. Russell did a very thorough and professional job, answered all my questions and in general was very easy to work with. Very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to others.

par excellent service
Words cannot express how extremely pleased my husband and I are with the professional and thorough service we received from Russell this week. We have no problem at all with referring him to anyone who is in need of a home inspection. The world would be a much better place if those who are in the business of providing customer service could gleen from the attitude, knowledge of their craft and care and professionalism that Russell exudes. He is super!

Great Home Inspector
I have used Russell for two home inspections. He is very detailed and thorough. He is very accessible and happy to answer questions. He takes the time to go through everything in depth and finds all the non-cosmetic issues with the house. My dad has been a general contractor for 25 years and he says Russell's the best home inspector that he's ever seen.

Very thorough!
Russell was fantastic. He really worked with our schedule and was very thorough on our home inspection. After a horrible inspection experience a year ago, we were very skeptical about using someone we didn't know but he really impressed us. He was very honest and willing to answer any questions to the best of his abilities. He spent nearly 3.5 hours inspecting our new home and that was even without being able to inspect the gas or water utilities due to them being off. He was happy to make a return visit for a very fair fee to complete the process for us. I highly recommend him!

Company With A History of Great Service
Due Diligence’s home inspection service truly speaks for itself. My family first used their services back in 2004 and were so pleased that we used their services again this year while purchasing a new home. The inspections themselves were very thorough and produced a very detailed report that was very easy to interpret. And both times the service visits were very professional and courteous. Overall the quality, thoughtful, thoroughness, and prompt service rendered will always be appreciated by my family and me. Due Diligence will always be the company I call when acquiring homes in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a quality home inspection from a reliable company.
