My wife and I would highly recommend any prospective home buyers to work with Martin Archacki and his Assistant Chris Young. We couldn't be more pleased with the fantastic level of service that they provided us. They are extremely knowledgable, professional and diligent. This was our first home purchase and Martin and Chris made sure that we were well informed and comfortable with every aspect of the transaction. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had their guidance and expertise. Since my Wife and I first began looking for a house she was adamant that we use Duffy Realty because of the reputation the Agency has earned. They surpassed our expectations and we see why they have garnered so much acclaim.

What a relief!

Martin is perhaps the best buyer's agent in Atlanta. My husband and I had an agent previously in the process of a short-sale. The agent did not understand what he was doing, or how to handle the process, and we were frustrated more often than not. With Martin, the process was extremely easy. Not only this, we challenged Martin with perhaps the most difficult task, finding us a home and getting us ready to move in the same month! Martin stood by us, meeting us when we were available, and provided us with very real, necessary advice. Thanks to Martin we found the perfect first home for our large family, AND were able to close on the house through his contacts in only 8 days!!!! This journey had a miraculous ending. Everyone told us we would never be able to close by the end of the month, but HE helped us achieve this radical goal! We love you Martin!

My husband and I recently used Duffy and successfully sold our home
under a short sale! We had fallen behind on our mortgage and were
struggling making ends meet after my husband lost his job. We feared
