Duke & Racacho Cabinetry

Maybe he's focused on the bigger contracts, but a customer is a customer and his customer service is non-existent. My cabinets were promised in 3 weeks. 3 months later, my construction is complete and still no cabinets have been delivered. At this point, I cannot even use the cabinets as the project needed to be wrapped up. My general contractor has left 20 voice mails and none have been returned. Meanwhile, Don Rachacho, and his company Duke & Racacho, have effectively STOLEN the $750 I put down as a deposit. I am about to file in small claims court.
