These guys are different in that I have never felt they were trying to load up a repair with unnecessary items. Tell you what you need to repair and often will say keep driving and let's wait to see if your problem get's worse. They don't just start swapping out components in hopes that they fix the issue. Good diagnostic work and honest folks!

It started with a hole in the oil pan. So my mother took her car in, they "fixed" the leak by replacing the oil pan. Came to find out, they installed the oil pan gasket incorrectly and the car was leaking even more oil. After looking at the car, they said if you want that problem fixed you'll have to pay for the parts and labor again which came to $570.33, they did not mention anything about the warranty. Hearing this my mother, I'm a Marine and I do not live in Georgia but I paid for the services, took the car to BP Car Care in Marietta GA and they fixed the car for half the price. My mother went back to ask for a refund and they said we can refund you in parts, which came out to $20.00, but not labor which was $550.33. So now I am fighting to get my money back from Duluth Int' Auto Service. In the end. In manager said in order to fix the problem I would have to pay a extra $500+. But when it comes to the Navy Federal contacting the manager about this dispute, he changes his story and says "I never said that because there was a warranty." Please be careful if you do decide to have your car fixed by Duluth Int' Auto Service. It's your money. End of story.

This is a totally untrue review, the person posting this has no idea of the quality of work or honesty of our shop.He lives in another state and has never talked to or visited our location until his mothers visit. She has a very old car with well over 200,000 miles on it that has beeb terriblly neglected. Her car was repaired by us and still had other issues. She was told by us to bring the car back in and we would look at it again to see what was needed. She decided not to and took the car to another facility to have work done. That shop said we had installed a bad gasket, she had them replace it and also did many other repairs. She never once called to see what she should do.All of our work carries a one year 12,000 mile warranty and it is stated on every work order, but you do have to bring the car back to us to have that done. The labor for her car was not $550 dollars it was only $120,the rest was wrecker service to us and the price of the oil pan itself from where his mother hit someting in the road. The person posting this review has never even looked at the detailed invoice from us.This post should br removed because it is totally fraudulant. All prior posts by other customers speak true of our service.
Gwinnett Place Honda service department told me that my Odyssey's breaks needed "immediate attention". The breaks would not last until the next oil change. I was suspicious of this diagnosis so I took the Odyssey to Duluth International Auto Service for a second opinion. Owner Billy Duhe did a complete break inspection and found the front breaks were almost new and about 35% left on the rear brakes. No break service needed at this time. Thank you Billy for your honest, professional & friendly service. I highly recommended Duluth International Auto Service for all your auto repair needs.

We have been taking our cars to Bill since he was at the BP on Peachtree Parkway and we followed him to Duluth. We have recommended them to a number of friends and they all say the same thing. Great service, honest shop. Will recommend to everyone. gd51

We have used Duluth Auto Service since it opened. We recently took one of our cars in, thinking it might need an expensive transmission job. Luckily, the only problem was spilled soda in the gear shift. We trust this business to treat us fairly and do a great job in keeping our cars on the road.

Several years ago, I brought my car to Bill, certain I needed a very expensive Clutch job and I was prepared to pay for it. Turned out to be a very inexpensive part. Since then I only trust my cars and those of my Wife and Daughter to him. Its also refreshing that he doesn't talk down to inexperienced people or recommend things you don't need.

I've known the owner for years as he used to manage the BP on P'tree Pkwy. He's a great mechanic. Very honest. You can trust him to do the job right and at a fair price. He's worked on many of my cars over the years and when he bought this business, I followed him even though it is much further from home!

My Honda Accord recently surpassed 100K miles and needed a number of maintenance items such as the timing belt, brakes, etc. I called several shops on the list but ultimately chose this one - they are also highly rated on Angie's List. Bill did not disappoint - the service provided was excellent, the part quality was top notch, and my car runs beautifully. Clean shop with a very honest owner - definitely recommended!

I brought my car in with an electrical issue that several other shops were unable to diagnose. The guys at Duluth International were able to figure out the problem and resolve it within the same day. They treated me with respect and made me feel important. I have been back since for other services, and they never fail to deliver great service at a great price!
