Recently I bought(6)six-packs of non-alcoholic beer. Went to use them for a party/gathering and found 1 bottle was broken and had no beer in it. The cardboard container they gave me to hold all 6 six-packs was completely dry and showed no signs of ever being wet. Upon closerinspection, the actual 6-pack holder did appear to have been wet at some point. I went back and asked for compensation for the 1 beer. She said she couldn't replace just one beer. So basically, I paid for a 6 pack, but just got 5 and it's my problem. They lost my sale for that day and any future sales. There are no other competitors close by. As a result, they probably don't feel any need to try and keep customers, since customers don't have any other choice, unless they feel like driving to Winder or Suwanee....which I WIll do!

Probably because there isn't another package store near, these people seem to think they don't have to be nice to deserve our business, they hardly look up when you come in the store, never seem to say "Hi" or "thank you or have a nice day, or goodbye" I personally go to Kroger if I need beer and wine and only go here if I have to.
