Spring broke on the main double garage door late Friday night. Called my usual door company but he was out of town and recommended Dunwoody. Called Dunwoody Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in with Sean. Sean called me to let me know he was on the way and would be here in 20 minutes. Quickly replaced the 10,000 cycle broken spring with a 20,00 cycle spring (for same cost). Also checked everything on not just the main door but the second small door as well. Made some adjustments on the second door and oiled everything. Then Sean spent some time with me talking about how best to maintain the main spring but also the springs on the small door. One very reasonable price covered everything. Strongly recommend

Dunwoody Door Lift took care of our garage door needs in Dunwoody, and now in Roswell. We had a problem today with our garage door in our latest home, and they took the time to problem solve over the phone. It worked. Thank you!

Terrific experience - this family-owned and operated business has been in the Dunwoody area for decades. Showed up on time, repaired a garage door opener with a faulty gear, made all appropriate adjustments, lubrications, and door track modifications to ensure correct operation - door is now quieter than it has ever been! Also lubricated, adjusted, and modified a second garage door at no additional charge. Price quoted on the phone was the price at completion of the job. Polite and professional throughout - I like to do some work around the house, and I was instructed how I could replace the gear myself if it ever failed again.

Dick from Dunwoody Door Lift did a great job repairing two garage door openers, one of which was broken, the other which was working only erratically. In his first visit he repaired the opener that was working erratically and repaired a non-working wall opener, too. He told me at the same time that, although parts were no longer being made for the other garage door opener, he thought he could find the parts. He then found the parts, and on a subsequent visit reinforced the door itself (which was wobbly), replaced cables on the garage door, repaired the laser detector light on the door, and provided a new remote. Both garage doors now work flawlessly. I should say, too, that I called Dunwoody Door Lift after another company told me I needed to replace both garage doors at a cost of $2000+. Needless to say, I'm much happier with the work & rate I got from Dunwoody Door Lift. Great company and Dick's a great guy!

I've used Dunwoody Door Lift for repair of my automatic garage door opener. They were responsive and quick. In addition, they were very reasonable and didn't try to upsell me. I would recommend.

I had an issue with my garage door last year. Dunwoody Door Lift was the best experience I ever had for a service call. They were very responsive and flexible. And the technician was very knowledgable. He spotted the problem and fixed it in a short period. I had another service shop make 2 trips before and they still could not fix the problem. Their rates were very reasonable. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!
