Durmer, Jeffrey S MD

My mother was referred to Dr. Durmer by her PCP for sleep apnea, drug interactions, and mental impairment. She drove 25 miles for her appt. and was informed the doctor wasn't there. The front desk girl was unapologetic, unable to help, and maintained that there was no appt. I am scared for my mother and mortified that this sort of farce passes for medical care. I can't actually review the dr. because the receptionist messed up so badly. FOR SHAME.

Fusion Sleep has figured out the secet to great patient care - THEY LISTEN! I cannot recall the last time I have actually been heard so clearly by medical professionals. The workup and therapy was all at the same place and now I jsut drop by or call them up for any problems i have with my CPAP or even my medicines. Working with these guys is like having a family member in sleep medicine. Great job Fusion!

Fusion Sleep Center has the "basics" down, but everyone in this office gives a different answer to the same question. They all need to get together for a "second training class".
