I used E. Smith 8 years ago when we needed a new upstairs heating and air conditioning system. They were wonderful then. I had no problems with any sales person or installer. They were on time, curtious and so knowledgeable about the products that they sold. We have been so pleased with our system for the last 8 years, that when our down stairs system went out last month we knew exactly who to call. Once again, impeccable service. Earl was sent to my house, as he was 8 years ago, to discuss the options of what system I should look for to meet my needs. Early and I both recognized each other from our last meeting 8 years ago. Once again we are satisfied customers! Can't say enough good things about this company. They are worth every penny and I have never been so comfortable regarding the heating and cooling in my house with these new Carrier systems. They truly have the best customer service. I would highly recommend them.
Put in a new heating and air conditioning system.

We had the good fortune to inherit an E Smith maintenance contract from the previous homeowner. Over the past 11 years, we've learned to anticipate great service. This was exemplified 4 days ago after we placed an early morning call to report that our ac unit was blowing warm air. Ben (who originally serviced the unit when it was installed 16+ years ago) worked us in that same afternoon and within 20 minutes assessed what turned out to be a fairly simple, inexpensive issue. We're so glad to know we can trust any of the experienced E Smith technicians to keep our heating and air units running smoothly and would readily recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or products.

I had a HVAC tech out to my home to give a quote on a new central ac unit.Having gone through the technical details which he was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote I later found to be by far very reasonable. Having settled on cost, he asked me cut the unit on for a check on the malfunctioning unit.I was very reluctant to go through all the tests again after being told by another tech that the compressor had finally given up due to age 1997 unit. I finally turned it ON only to be told that there might still be life left in it as the run capacitor could be the cause as both the fan and the compressor were not coming on. He offered me a free tip on how and where to buy a capacitor and also to test using one from my working unit because I have two. I did exactly as I was instructed, first unplugging the breakers for safety and my unit came roaring back. This guy Greg from E.Smith was sent from above as I spent just 1% of what I was going to shell out on a new unit to get my upsstairs chilling again. Experience and honesty will beat any competition any day.Keep the good work going

We have used E. Smith Heating and Air for 14 years. They perform service twice each year. This week Steve did a great job. He was on time, did his work and gave us a good report. Two years ago we installed new heating and air units and were very pleased with the price and quality of work.

Our service tech, Joel R., was conscientious, quick and thorough. I'm always notified about a 1/2 hour before the tech arrives. We use the maintenance program and believe this is a good value. I would definitely recommend this company.

Recently moved into the area and called E Smith out on a service call because they had installed the Carrier system under the old owner. After pulling up the address on file, a service technician was dispatched. Sean Farist was an expert on the system. He explained the system to me, fixed the problem and left me with a very very high opion of E Smith H/AC. I will certainly call them again!

We had a very old system that obviously needed replacement. After some shopping around we decided to go with E. Smith. They arrived on time, explained the whole process in simple terms, and finished the job quickly. Chad P. was especially helpful and remained patient (we kept asking questions) and knowledgeable throughout the entire event.

Our unit finally went out in July 2012 when the temps were in the three digits! For the past several years we knew we had a leak and every summer we would just hope the units would last one more season. Finally we needed two more units for our home and after shopping around decided to go with E.Smith. They were wonderful and did an excellent job discussing our options and doing the installation. My family was thrilled with the results. Our home has never been so cool. I would recommend anyone having issues with their AC to seek the expertise of E. Smith. E Smith's men do more than just install a new unit they do everything in their power to ensure your home is cooler and runs more efficiently. Thanks E.Smith!

Our air went out in our home on June 19 2012. This was right in the middle of the extreme heat wave. The unit was 30 years old, so knew we were facing a new unit. E Smith which we have use for many years was able to put a new unit in just within the next couple of days from the time of our call. They sent Ken Wheeler and his helper to do the job. We were very please with the job that they did!! Thanks to them we did not have to suffer through the three digit temps. I have a very old little dog and would had to find a place to stay. Thank you E Smith and Ken for good and prompt service. The Smith's

Our current HVAC system was 20 years old and was cooling fine. It did have a small freon leak the past few years that was getting worse. We decided it was time to get a new system while rebates and other offers were available. We shopped around and decided to stay with E. Smith. Our new system works great! It is 103 degrees out and we are as comfortable as can be. The unit rarely turns on with a 25 deg differential from outside (our choice). House is very cool and we are looking forward to lower bills. Ken and his team were the best with the installation work. When the job was done, everything was left clean and orderly inside and out. Ken was very willing to take his time to show us how to use the system and answer our questions.

When my a/c system stopped working I thought the worst. I didn't know what company to call so I went down the list of names in the phone book and stopped on E. Smith. The representative that answered my phone call was very pleasant and patient with me and we agreed on a time for a technician to come to my house. The technician (Chad P.) showed up on time and was also very patient with me as I was prepared for bad news. Chad looked at my unit and explained that a part had gone bad and that I would not need a new unit (needless to say, I felt a big sense of relief). He also said that the unit was in need of a good cleaning/servicing and that was all it needed. I was so impressed with his honesty and integrity that I recommend E. Smith/Chad P. every opportunity I get. What an awesome HVAC experience !
