E Z Lube 20

I went for oil change, there was no car ahead of me , I had to wait 1 hours to get my car, the employees were chatting with each other instead of helping the customers, and they got offended because I told them I have to go to an appointment, They always push customer for extra service which is not necessary

i think this is the best ez-lube location and i thought the customer service was t he best ive experienced recently in any public service place. i definately recommend this location.
