Had an iPhone repaired. Quick turn around, price was only about $5 more than the "come to you" repair services that you find on Craigslist. $5 well spent to be able to visit an actual location and get a 90day warranty. Would definitely recommend.

Basically, they did nothing nor were forthright about status. On Small Business Saturday, brought in a Wii that reported an error (unknown task size) and a DS needing a new hinge (small task). Wanted to support a small business over Nintendo. EliteTechs said they would call in 2-3 days with an assessment of the Wii. After 7 days of no call, I called them. EliteTechs had no record of anything done but I was told the person who took the order would arrive in 15 minutes and would call. After 4 hours and no return call, I called to say I was coming in to retrieve my items. I have no evidence that they have expertise in repairs but do have evidence that they communicate poorly. I expected a call within the approximate time frame that I was given and certainly expected some effort after 7+ days or at least a call to define a delay.

These guys are amazing, the first time they saved me my flash drive had been broken and they were able to fix it and retrieve my data an put it on a new flash drive for me and they didn't charge an arm and a leg.
The second time they saved me I had spilled a whole bowl of MILK on my MacBook I brought it to them a few hours later and they had it up and running within 48 hours and I have not had an issue with it since!

Great guys, great prices, quick service!...

I brought my computer to elitetechs a couple of days ago because i had viruses. They were able to give me a checkup and a price for fixing that day! I approved the work and they had it back to me the next afternoon. This was the quickest repair i've ever had on my computer from anyone. I will always come back to elitetechs when i have issues?

I am a court reporter and recently my laptop hard disk crashed on me. Suffice to say I thought I was screwed. My friend told me about elitetechs, so I thought I'd try them out. They were able to recover all my data and fix my computer in a very short amount of time for a great price. Geek squad quoted me something ridiculous and they would have to send it too Indiana? I love these guys I will recommend them to everyone.
