Hands down, the best disaster response company, 7/09/2014

I have been in property management for nearly a decade and I have used all sorts of different so called "disaster relief" companies. From the onsite maintenance guy with a shop vac and a strong fan... to multinational companies that have been doing this for 30 years. I have experienced a few million dollars worth of losses in my days. From a busted 6" supply line to a 200+ Unit building flooding 14 units requiring full demo. A rehab to 21 units from a sprinkler line that flooded them due to a fire inside a unit from a stove that "magically" turned on. I have had the small jobs too like a leaking roof that showed face in a closet after 3 years of a slow drip. You can't imagine the mold. They are a pricier than doing it yourself but there excellence is second to none. I always choose Epic and I am never disappointed.

wish i had never tried anyone else, 7/16/2012

I recently had to have wooden floors removed and replaced after a water heater incident. It was the second set of floors to be replaced in my condo. Epic did both of the dry out processes. I went... with a different group to do the floors/wall as it seemed more cost effective. I have spent about a year hating my home because of it. This time, I went with Epic for everything from the beginning. They came in did the dry out, the damage removal, and the replacement/restore. The walls look brand new, the floor is divine, and even the paint is beautiful. So, if their price looks a little high just remember that you are paying for quality. (and if you go somewhere else... you might come home to cringe daily- like i did). I am thankful that I now have my home back because of Epic.

Lies, Lies, Lies

EPIC Response was hired by my condo association board to rebuild my home after a fire. From day 1, EPIC lied about their ability to work with the city and insurance company, their work timelines, and the quality of their work. Also, their prices are ridiculously high. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! You will only get grief and an earful of lies if you hire EPIC Response.
