To all ESP and Pitt. Ext. existing customers and future customers. I can tell you first hand that the review below is so untrue. I can tell you personally that no one will run from a problem, and no one is trying to scam anyone. Yes, ESP is now out of business, and Yes, many of the employees work for Pitt. Ext. I have found that Pitt Ext. will not only work with ESP customers but will go out of their way to satisfy them. They are truly honest and trust worthy. The team at Pitt. Ext. is all about integrety. Test them, I gurarntee satisfaction. The person who wrote the bad review must be trying to get something for nothing by his tactic. Trust Pitt. Ext. with all your needs. Management will go out of their way to please you. Also, Diedre Rozik may be an employee, but she also is a satisfied customer.

First of all the user listed below with the user name ""Rozik"" is Diedre Rozik, who is/was ESP's office manager. I am sure that the other users with 5 star comments that oddly have the same date as the ""test"" review from ESP are/were also employees.This company is in the middle of a transition to the name Pittsburgh Exteriors as seen above in the web link. they are attempting to slither away from jobs that were done incorrectly and that can cause thousands of dollars of damage to your home. Their website is already down, original phone # disconnected and are obviously routing traffic to the pittsburgh exteriors website through ESP searches as seen above.I unfortunately know this first hand, and have a list of problems that is way too long for this review. Too bad a rating is required at all, because they don't even deserve one star.

Hired to do the job and was not done correctly. Been waiting for 6 months to get problems corrected and keep getting blown off. Not a professional business, not to be trusted. Just call someone else! \r

Over the winter, I had noticed that with the wind, it ripped parts of my siding off of my house. I went online searching for contractors that would replace the siding on my home. I searched and called several companies. The one company that I found online and called is ESP Home Improvements. Their representative showed me several different products, along with styles and colors, and had lots of knowledge about his products. They installed my siding and now my house looks brand new. The installers were excellent, very friendly and cleaned up well. I will definitely use them for my next project (windows). I will recommend this company to anyone looking to get some home improvements done.

ESP did our siding on our home. We were very impressed with thier work. Not only did they do they work, they cleaned up and to top it off they cleaned out the gutters!!! We are so impressed that we WILL be calling them for any other work that may need done.
