Promises, couldn't even return a call
March 14 or 15 they came out and took an hour to measure our home for gutters. Was promised a quote that Friday. It never came. Left a message a week ago, never returned my call. Caught someone live yesterday at 9 am, said "that's awful, let me see" and she didn't get back with me.
Called her again today and she said they won't provide a quote.
So this is very obviously a business that isn't quite ready for the big time, and I resented wasting time on them. This forum provides an outlet for all types of feedback - put this review in the "bad" kind for EZ Roof....

Service was through the ROOF
I went through an exhaustive quote process before settling on these guys. A+ all around. Their attention to detail and overall concern for my satisfaction was evident in every aspect of what they did. Cesar and Sebastian were fantastic. They had the best price by far and several neighbors stopped by while they were working to comment on the quality of the job. The compliments have been nonstop.

Better than expected
I contracted with EZ Roof to replace our hail damaged roof in Dunwoody. We met with several companies and EZ Roof was very informative and did not push for the business as others did.
They showed up on time and their crew did a fantastic job both installing and cleaning up after the job.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Best price , excellent work, and great followup
Jose gave me a very professional presentation and the best price using quality materials of the 9 estimates I recieved. Cesar personally supervised the 7 installers and explained the installation to me as it progressed. The work was finished in one day. The clean up was imaculate. I am very satisfied that I selected an extremely reputable company to do business with. I recommend them highly.

Fair Price. Fast Response. Dependable Service.
I got three prices for replacement of my roof. EZ Roof quoted the lowest price. EZ Roof performed a site visit and gave me a quote on the first business day after I posted the request on their web site. J explained the materials and techniques they would use for the roof replacement. The crew worked from early morning till nightfall to get as much accomplished as they could. Completed work on second day. EZ Roof did a great job. Highly recommended.
