I was rather confused last week when I was in the process of buying a legacy pool. I contacted Legacy Pools USA, After placing my order I searched legacy pools and found a company claiming to be Legacy Pools. They had bad things to say about Legacy Pools USA but really nothing to good to say about themselves. When I contacted Legacy Pools USA and asked about this, they explained the situation and put me in contact with the factory in Korea. The factory told me that Charlie Pribus and Jason Rho (who are apparently behind ezup-pools) do not have permission even to use the legacy pool name in the US, let alone sell their pools and they have no warranty coverage for thier pools through the manufacturer. Stay away from ezup-pools. Something is not right here.
