Eagle Claw is the real deal. I sat in at a couple of different schools (including the Shoalin Center) before I joined and even though I found most schools to have very nice people, I felt that most of the modern Kung Fu schools were very watered down. But not the Eagle Claw Center! This northern style school will give you a routine workout that will keep you in great shape. Over time you will also develop coordination, gracefulness, and a grounded mind that will certainly crossover into other aspects of your life. Whether it is forms or sparring, the traditional teaching style lets each individual focus on the aspects they want and allows each person to learn at a pace appropriate for themselves. I highly recommend you go and sit in on a class if you are serious about having Kung Fu in your life!

Probably the best place, or at least one of the best places, to study martial arts in Atlanta. Here's a place where you can not only get healthy and fit, but you can also find a family. The people here are wonderful! There's respect for everyone who attends, regardless of age or how long you've been training. After 7 years I wouldn't even consider working out anywhere else in Atlanta.
