compassionate, available, family friendly, 5/28/2009

I am a stay at home mom and I recently hurt my neck. The office staff responded to my need and got me into the office quickly. Upon arrival the staff was kind and accomodating. I was able to have... my children with me since there was an area in which they could play. Dr. Rytel-Smith was compassionate, clearly understanding how much pain I was feeling. She was attentive as well, not rushing through the appointment. Dr. Rytel-Smith responded to after hours calls as well. She truly seems to understand that chiropractic needs don't respect business hours. She is a fantastic chiropractor.
