I developed an ear ache the week before Christmas and found that my old ENT office had moved to Gwinnett (yikes!). I called for an appointment at the Decatur office of ENT of Ga and received an appointment the following morning with physician's assistant Estee Kunis. I was able to download the new patient info forms from their web site rather than have to get there early. After they input my information into their computer (10-15 min.) I was seen by a personable nurse (Niki, I think) and then by Estee. She was excellent! Very thorough in diagnosing and dealing with my ear problem and the best ever at explaining both what she was doing and what I needed to do in terms of the prescriptions I was getting as well as general ear care to prevent future infections. I was really pleased, both with the care that I received and with the general procedures in place to make this an efficient office -- Estee typed her notes directly into the computer during my appointment to make sure she documented everything. I'll definitely use them as my ENT from now on -- hopefully they won't move to Gwinnett!
