The manager-whorefusedto tellhisname therewere extremely rude when wewent to talk to them about a car mymother had just bought from them.wefound out the car had been in at least one accident(there was visibledamage my mother had not noticed whenshe boughthe car)and the car broke down, and left my mother walking for 4 days!we called them first and they kept passing the phone and sent us to a answering maching, then gave us the same runaround in person-at the dealership.then the manager was becoming irate, and did not even adress the subject we were trying to talk to him about.instead he kept telling us the car was worth what she payed, and acted like we were arguing with him, when nobody there was talking about how much money the car was worth. then(while he was still ignoring the subject)he printed off a kelly blue book value page for the same kind of car exept he input that it was in excellent condition!it wasn't even running after it was driven off the lot! he then told us he couldn't help us(to stall us)and that we had to talk to his manager-who he said wouldn't be available till the evening.which was so late that they were able to bend some of the arizona lemon laws to permit them to "attempt to fix the car" instead of letting her money back!so now its too late!my mother is stuck with a lemon! because they kept stalling, and by the time i found out(they told my mother i couldn't be there-i had to go, and that they would only talk to the purchaser of the vehicle)they wereclosed
