Poor for Pest Reports
The pest report (for Real Estate) took forever. I had to call more than twice to finally get it faxed over. I asked for it in electronic format and the girl at the front said she didn't know how to do that. She also didn't seem to care that I didn't get my report. The inspector was great and he was finally able to get her to fax it over.
